YES, WE DO THAT!
We did so while observing all the health and safety advice of the World Health Organisation and prioritising the safety of everyone involved in the production of this event.
Every year Microsoft Brasil gathers 800 or so staff members to discuss company matters and announce the sales targets for the next year.
It was the first time in the company’s history that this meeting would happen in a hybrid format, a new challenge for us and the client. No pressure…
The biggest challenge was managing the enormous amount of rich internal content. We formed a great team, approved all the concepts and aligned the entire delivery with the client.
We tested and tested again. We tested lights, cameras, microphones, bandwidth and everything in between.
The result. Impeccable delivery from end to end. More than 600 participants received in their own homes a fantastic goodie bag specially delivered for the event featuring coffee, champagne, cashew nuts and much more to enjoy while participating in the online event.
We delighted this audience all over Brazil, and we can’t wait for that the next challenge brings us.
