3-hour welcome reception for an audience of 1,500 employees and the catch, they "had done Spain before”.
The event had to be fluid, create a sense of networking and recognise the needs of an audience that was 80% Millennials requiring a focus on experiences.
We selected a Spanish Village and challenged the normal thinking by using the infrastructure of local restaurants and shops to showcase their skills with show cooking, speciality food stations and bars.
It required coordination, competitors working as a team to deliver something very special.
During the evening the history of communication through entertainment roamed the narrow village streets encouraging people to discover and experience from storytellers to wandering minstrels and a finale of modern urban drummers to bring the evening to a crescendo.
